Creating Product Sculpture, Pattern or Model
Once the project’s detailed information is acquired, our skilled team delivers, with seamless process and transformation, the model product. We can also create digital models that promote discussion while lending visual understanding in the initial phases of development..
Molding & Casting
We provide molding/casting using various types of materials including Silicones rubber & Urethane rubbers. We use a variety of hard and soft resins, as well as clear & translucent materials. The final finish can be a lustrous painting with airs brush, hand brush or a custom theme, or cast in color upon request. We offer short run production services on a regular bases.
Surface Finishing
Finishing is an important process in fashioning a superb quality output. Whether the sculpture is traditionally sculpted or 3-D printed, it’s surface finish assures the integrity of the final creation. Many different techniques can be used to obtain the desired finish, depending on the medium being used and the desired out come the client expects. Such as a Satin finish, High gloss finish, or a Realistic finish.
Colors & Painting:
We offer many different color and painting techniques, such as, color casting, air brush/gun painting or hand painting or a combination of techniques. Our desire is to fulfill and exceed the clients expectation, and bring the finial product to a higher level of quality and beauty.
